How to Book your Shuttle Transportation:

  1. Book your shuttle 12 hours prior to departure time  –  If system allows you to book a last minute reservation after deadline, make sure you receive a confirmation e-mail. If you cannot book on line, call dispatch for assistance sometimes they will make space, not guaranteed Call dispatch 407-857-8557.
  2. Logon to THEMEPARKBUS.COM to make booking.
  3. Fill out Reservation/ Booking information required.
  4. You will receive a Confirmation to the e-mail provided.
  5. Assure booking is correct, call dispatch with any concerns.
  6. Follow the pickup times and lanes as provided on confirmation.
  7. You must show confirmation e-mail for booking to board the bus – No changes accepted once you have the confirmation details unless authorized and modified by dispatch.

Please Note:

  • No big strollers ONLY the umbrella type.
  • For Wheelchair guest, you must book with Dispatch Only.
  • Hotel is not responsible for making bookings nor for incorrect bookings made by guest.
  • Hotel offers the set schedule by shuttle only, therefore does not pay/reimburse for transportation to any of the parks.  This includes missed shuttles.
  • Be at least 15 minutes early, prior to departure or pick up time.
  • For Pick Up at hotel, driver will come to Front Desk/Reception and announce arrival.
  • Shuttle operates on the first come first serve basis. Seats are limited.
  • Neither FBS nor your hotel will be held responsible for any missed pickups or getting off at the wrong location.
  • No reimbursement for alternative transportation.
  • Groups of 13 or more MAY NOT use the shuttle.
  • Smoking, food or drinks are prohibited at all times.
  • Luggage other than handbags or strollers is not allowed on the shuttle.
  • Pets are prohibited from riding the shuttle unless they are ADA. (Assistance animals)
  • Due to heavy traffic, shuttle may have a possible delay.
  • Contact the dispatcher if shuttle is delayed more than 20 minutes.
  • Handicap services must be scheduled 24 hours prior departure.

  1.   2. Inicie sesión en WWW.THEMEPARKBUS.COM para hacer la reserva.
  3. Complete la reserva / información de reserva requerida.
  4. Recibirá una Confirmación en el correo electrónico proporcionado.
  5. Asegúrese de que la reserva sea correcta, llame al despacho si tiene alguna inquietud.
  6. Siga los horarios e instrucciones de recogida que se indican en la confirmación.

Importante:

  • Usted tiene que mostrar el correo electrónico de confirmación de la reserva para abordar el autobús.
  • No se aceptan cambios una vez que tenga los detalles de confirmación a menos que este autorizado y modificado por el departamento de despacho.
  • No se permiten cochecitos grandes SOLO del tipo paraguas.
  • Para huéspedes en silla de ruedas, debe reservar con Despacho solamente.
  • El hotel no se hace responsable de la realización de reservas ni de las reservas incorrectas realizadas por los huéspedes.
  • El hotel ofrece el horario establecido solo por transporte, por lo tanto, no paga / reembolsa el transporte a ninguno de los parques. Esto incluye traslados perdidos.
  • Llegue al menos 15 minutos antes de la hora de salida o de recogida.
  • El transporte cuando recoje del hotel, anuncia en el Front Desk/Recepcion
